Choose between two views: a quick view, or an extended view. Quick view: a graphic view of the spine, ribs and SI joints. A click of the mouse allows you to select a spinal level and vector. You can make note of examination or adjustment, or do both with a single click. On the same page, you also see diagrams showing the last four treatments performed on the patient.

Using this page, you can easily record more in-depth treatment information such as adjustments to extremities or the use of other treatment modalities. This page can also be customized to meet your own individual needs. We have also included a number of different listing systems: diversified, gonstead, activator, naprapath etc.
