ICD10 diagnoses from the pain image

With Clinicbuddy you can choose diagnoses in seconds using tools on the pain image page. Diagnoses are sorted and presented based on the most common ICD10 diagnoses for the body regions selected.

Find the right ICD10-diagnosis quickly

Once the pain image has been drawn, a simple click will summarize the information in the image. The information from the drawing is automatically converted to text and entered into the EHR. Clinicbuddy then sorts through the ICD10 diagnoses for the body regions marked on the pain image and offers a list of the most common diagnoses for those areas.

Clinicbuddy also offers suggestions for primary complaint based on the parts of the pain image selected.

Example: M53.1 Cervicobrachial syndrome

In the example shown in the images above, the following areas of the pain image were drawn upon: neck, a little part of the right shoulder and right arm. The program then provides a list of possible diagnoses based upon the most commonly selected diagnoses for the body regions selected.

Throughout the course of treatment, diagnoses can be quickly and easily changed as needed.

Differential diagnosis

Could the area of complaint be a result of referred pain from viscera? Could it be an expression of some other disease, or perhaps something as simple as a triggerpoint?

If you are curious about such things, Clinicbuddy offers a number of built in tools to help you make comparisons between your findings and a wide range of possible causes. Such tools make it easier to catch problems that might be more easily missed.
